Charlton Christian College is a K–12 co-educational Christian College located in Lake Macquarie. Our mission is to provide a Christ-centred education of excellence that empowers students to develop their God-given potential.
We are seeking an experienced and faith-driven Head of Learning Support to join our Wellbeing Leadership Team.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the College-wide leadership of Learning Support, inclusion and student support processes (K–12), working under the leadership of the Head of Wellbeing.
This position is a full-time and may include a small teaching load if required by the College.

This role is central to ensuring that students with diverse learning needs are supported to thrive within a Christ-centred and inclusive learning environment.
The Successful Applicant Will Have
Salary & Conditions
This full-time position will commence in January 2027.
Salary is in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools Teaching Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement, with the salary scale commensurate with experience.
