CREST Administrator

Hillcrest Christian College is seeking a professional, organised, and service-focused Administrator to join our Administration team, primarily supporting our Property Services department.

This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service.

As one of the first points of contact for staff, students, parents, contractors, and visitors, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the College while contributing positively to the mission and culture of CREST Education.

About the Role

The CREST Administrator provides high-quality administrative support across a broad range of operational activities. Working closely with the Executive Assistants team and Property Services staff, you will assist in maintaining efficient administrative systems and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment across the College.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a warm and professional reception presence for visitors, parents, staff, and students
  • Managing incoming phone calls, enquiries, and messages
  • Monitoring student late arrivals and early departures using Synergetic
  • Coordinating visitor sign-in procedures and maintaining access protocols
  • Managing stationery and office supply orders
  • Assisting with photocopying, scanning, filing, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Receiving and distributing deliveries and internal mail across campuses
  • Supporting administrative processes, meetings, records management, and general office operations
  • Providing support to Executive Assistants and other departments as required

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or office support roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confidence learning and using administration systems such as Synergetic and Crest Connect
  • Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
  • A commitment to supporting the Christian values and culture of CREST Education

Experience in an education environment and/or Synergetic experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
