The Heart of the Role

The Senior School Administrator plays a vital role in providing professional coordination and management of the Senior School’s curriculum and academic administration systems. You will ensure the integrity of student data, manage complex scheduling logistics, and oversee NESA and College compliance to support the seamless operational delivery of academic services. Working collaboratively as a central administrative liaison, you will facilitate effective communication and workflow between academic leadership and teaching staff.

  • You possess expert-level mastery of school-specific systems including Edval, Synergetic, and Schoolbox.
  • You demonstrate high-level proficiency in Google Sheets, specifically using vlookups and complex data validation to manage large academic datasets.
  • You have a proven ability to navigate complex logistical "puzzles" in scheduling and resource allocation with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • You bring high-level written and verbal communication skills for professional liaison with academic leadership and the parent community.
  • You are adaptive and resilient, capable of working within a high-pressure, team-based environment while maintaining professional composure.
  • You hold a current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee) clearance.

How do you serve others?

  • You manage data entry and validation for Year 12 HSC, Year 11 Preliminary, and Year 10 Stage 5 grades.
  • You coordinate NAPLAN and National Minimum Standards administration and maintain audit documentation.
  • You lead the creation and publication of term-specific markbooks to ensure results are accurately reflected on student and parent dashboards.
  • You oversee the end-to-end production and quality assurance of academic reports for Years 7–12.
  • You manage the logistical framework for Parent-Teacher Interviews and formal examination blocks.
  • You provide daily operational support by resolving rooming issues and classroom needs as required.
  • You maintain the College’s standing with regulatory bodies through meticulous oversight of HSC and NAPLAN administrative requirements.
