Receptionist

Be the welcoming face of our venue. As the first point of contact, you’ll create a warm, professional, and memorable experience for guests, visitors, and contractors.....

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll balance front desk responsibilities while supporting Guest Relations operations, to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and positive stay.

• Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position – enjoy the stability.

Your Contribution

• Welcome guests, visitors and contractors with a warm and professional approach
• Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries promptly and accurately
• Provide helpful information about the venue, facilities and local area
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with empathy, efficiency and professionalism
• Provide support to Guest Relations and Bookings operations
• Identify and report maintenance or guest-related issues promptly
• Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive, team-focused environment

About You

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception or a similar role
• Strong organisational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to work within a Christian values-based organisation
• Passionate about delivering great customer and guest experiences in friendly, approachable and confident interactions with a wide range of people
• Highly organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Positive, reliable and a supportive team player with high attention to detail and professionalism
