Catering Assistant

Our small, friendly catering team prepare, cook and serve meals to our guests from our in-house commercial kitchen under the direction of our Catering Coordinator / Head Chef......

Due to an increase in our business, we are seeking an addition to our Catering Assistant team, with duties as follows:

• Assisting Head Chef or Cook as directed
• Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking
• Serving main meals from hot and cold serveries
• General pantry duties including receipt of deliveries
• General cleaning duties within kitchen and dining room
• Other duties as reasonably required

Key competencies include excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, a valid Working With Children Check and commitment to providing a welcoming and quality hospitality service. Previous experience and skills in a similar role preferred but not essential.
