Job Description

We are seeking a professional and values‑driven People and Culture Advisor to join our team. This role provides practical HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, contributing to positive employee relations, compliance and a Christ‑centred workplace culture.

  • Part Time (0.8 FTE – Full Time Considered)

Essential Criteria

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • A commitment to Christian values and a faith‑based educational environment
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations
  • Experience providing employee relations advice and managing sensitive matters
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and staff across the School.
