CMS NSW & ACT invites applications for the role of Supporter Services Consultant. This position is part time (3 days per week), based in our Sydney office.

As a Supporter Services Consultant, you will be part of a friendly, service-focussed team aiming to ensure positive interactions for CMS supporters with the Branch office. You will be involved in advancing the work of global mission by using your excellent interpersonal and administrative skills to attend to a range of requests from supporters and provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.

You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, carrying out your duties in an effective and trustworthy manner. Primary responsibilities will incorporate a range of tasks as required, including receptionist duties, responding to a range of supporter requests in a professional and timely manner, processing donations, updating and cleansing supporter data, taking enquiries and bookings for our Conference Centre, and completing a range of administrative tasks.

The successful applicant will have relevant administrative skills and appropriate experience as set out in the Position Description, as well as a demonstrated interest in world mission. The applicant will also be available to work in our Sydney office for three days per week, including Thursday. Flexibility in hours may be available for the right candidate.

Salary will be appropriate to qualifications, skills and experience.
