Charlton Christian College is a K–12 co-educational Christian college located in Fassifern, Lake Macquarie. Our mission is to provide a Christ-centred education of excellence that helps students develop their God-given potential.

We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Business Services Manager to oversee key business operations including procurement, canteen, fleet, insurance, student services and administrative support. This leadership role ensures efficient delivery of essential services that support the College’s mission and daily operations.

About the Role:

  • Lead the business services team including Canteen, Transport and Student Services.
  • Oversee procurement, purchasing processes and supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate canteen operations including compliance, menus, staffing and financial performance.
  • Manage internal transport and fleet administration including bookings, servicing and compliance.
  • Oversee Student Services including reception, attendance, records and parent enquiries.
  • Administer key systems including key registers and onboarding processes.
  • Provide backup support for payroll and finance during staff absences.
  • Coordinate compliance, operational reporting and insurance administration.

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, active involvement in a local church and support for the College’s Statement of Faith.
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, child safety in an educational setting.
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration, accounting, operations management or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in business operations with capability across procurement, supplier management, administrative systems or service delivery functions.

Commencement: As soon as possible, subject to negotiation.

Salary & Conditions: The annual salary for this full-time role is $109,320 including 5 weeks paid annual leave. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement.
