We facilitate cross-cultural workers from anywhere to everywhere to reach the least reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The role of Personnel Support Officer involves liaising with new applicants from NSW, QLD and ACT then journeying with them administratively through their application process. The role does not end once they depart for their field of service, however, you will have an ongoing role in supporting them as members with SIM, while serving in the field and during home assignment in Australia.
