Andrews Farm Community Church Inc

Andrews Farm Community Church Inc (AFCC) is an 8-year-old church plant. We are a member church of Baptist Churches of SA and NT. We are a community of many cultures and languages. AFCC currently worships at a Playford Council community building leased and managed by Northern Communities of Hope, (NCOH) a Church of Christ community.

We meet at the NCOH building, 2 Pritchard Street, Davoren Park for our Sunday 10am service and several other church ministries use the building during the week and share resources (including the Sinai Seventh-day Adventist Church). We are thankful to NCOH forproviding this space as we have been unsuccessful in finding our own land or building.

We recently renovated the NCOH building internally and are seeking council approval to further invest in expanding the building space and carparking, as we are at capacity and are anticipating future growth. Our founding pastor Lindsay Mayes currently leads AFCC and is retiring at the end of 2026. A separate Karenni (Burmese) church community is also part of AFCC.

The Karenni community meet at 12.30pm on Sundays under the leadership of Pastor Yah Doe. AFCC is a community of approx. 150 people. A normal Sunday service will see an attendance of between 80 to 100. Official membership is 50. The Karenni church is approx. 50 people.
