Tunnel Ridge Ranch

Tunnel Ridge Ranch is a Christian outdoor adventure camp in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland, running school camps, holiday camps, and youth camps for young people from all walks of life. Our work is ministry as much as it is camp operations: every activity, meal, and conversation is a chance to point kids toward Jesus in a setting built for adventure, challenge, and fun.

We're a close-knit team who love the outdoors and love seeing young people grow. Staff here get to combine practical skills with genuine gospel purpose: whether that's leading a horse session, taking kids canoeing, helping in the kitchen, or cleaning up for our next guests. If you want work that matters, this is it.
