Support the Senior Pastor in providing spiritual and ministry leadership across the life of our church. Reporting to the Board and partnering closely with the Senior Pastor, Director of Ministries will help lead the church into its next season.... About Us With a rich 65-year history, Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, located in Perth, Western Australia, has a 1000 strong congregation across three campuses. Our church family is a diverse and inter-generational community of Jesus followers. Our church is a multisite organisation with an on-site café, and a charitable foundation, Mercy Reach Foundation. The Role – Director of Ministries Guided by God’s calling, the Director of Ministries will support the Senior Pastor in providing spiritual and ministry leadership across the life of our church....
