Connections Count is a relationship-focused, faith-integrated psychology practice serving individuals, couples, families and leaders across Australia. We're led by Dr Katie Kjelsaas, a Clinical Psychologist and ICEEFT Certified EFT Therapist and Supervisor, alongside a warm team of associate clinicians and dedicated client care professionals. We're fully remote, deeply connected, and genuinely for one another. Everything we do is anchored in one standard of care: compassionate, creative and highly effective.
Faith at the heart, welcome for all
Our Christian faith is woven openly through our work. We're ecumenical and passionate about church unity, and we love discipling Christian clinicians who want to serve with passion and grace and make a real impact in their world. At the same time, our hearts and our practice are open to everyone. We serve and support all people with respect and compassion, and we're looking for clinicians who share that heart.
A place to grow, not to coast
This isn't the place to quietly pick up a few extra hours in isolation. It's a place for clinicians who want to be stretched, championed and developed. You'll receive supervision from a doctorally qualified, ICEEFT certified EFT Supervisor, support toward your own ICEEFT certification (if this interests you), funded professional development, and genuine mentoring. We're raising up thought leaders, and we'd love to grow alongside you.

We offer generous remuneration and real opportunities to grow your income over time. As initiatives arise through our marketing and outreach, we bring associates in and mentor them to co-run workshops, retreats and events in ways that gently stretch their skills, with support scaffolding every step. And when you have an idea of your own, whether a blog, a webinar, a workshop or an online course, we help you build it, fund the infrastructure, and share the income. Your interests, your growth, your footprint.
