Big Childcare is a leader in the Out of School Hours Industry

We offer Before and After School Care for families at all of our partnering schools and Holiday Care at the majority. Our aim is to ensure that all families who need care have access onsite or via transport, wherever possible.

We are certainly not the largest OSHC provider, however, we pride ourselves on growing steadily through word of mouth and living up to our reputation as a high quality OSHC provider.

We have been serving families for over 14 years with a presence in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. We like to focus on partnering with schools that share similar values and have a strong sense of community. We are driven by providing child-focussed care and employing and retaining staff with a vocation for working with school aged children. In each state that we operate in, we love creating local job opportunities as we value the importance of community.

Big Childcare has a comprehensive understanding of the National Law and the National Quality Framework (NQF); our practices and operations fully comply with the regulations, and this is reflected in our Assessment and Rating results. 100% of our schools’ NQF ratings (which have been assessed under us) are either an at Exceeding or Meeting rating.

Children are valued and respected as individuals and central to our programs. The programs we offer are developed in conjunction with the children and for the children.
