Richmond Christian College is a small but growing school providing big opportunities located in Ballina on the Northern Rivers of NSW. We currently have 339 students Pre-Kindy to Year 12 and our vision is to provide a Christ centred learning community exploring and impacting God's world providing students with identity, purpose and hope.

Our teachers are members of local Christian churches who display a love for Jesus and others while providing a Christ-centred, biblically grounded, culturally engaging and academically rigorous education that instils hope and equips children to live for God's glory.

You will be passionate about leading staff and students in a formational Christian education that will have a significant impact on local, national and global communities. The Head of Primary (HOP) will operate as a key member of the Senior Executive team and is responsible to the Deputy Principal.
