Brighton Beach Church is seeking a visionary and relational  Youth & Young Adults Pastor  to spearhead the growth of our youth & young adult ministries. This role is designed for a builder — someone passionate about creating a vibrant, safe, and spiritually engaging environment for young people while fostering deep connections within the Brighton community and developing the next generation of leaders. We are an active, growing community in the heart of Melbourne’s Bayside. Our vision is to be a multiplying church—planting new congregations, raising leaders, and shaping a disciple-making culture that impacts our city and beyond. This role is part-time (3 days per week) however there are additional workdays or roles available depending on the applicant’s gifting and experience.
