Pathways Tasmania is a faith-based community services organisation that provides three main service offerings to the local community which are:
- Hobart Transformations, a long term, residential alcohol and other drug (AoD) rehabilitation program for men and women, based in Hobart Tasmania. This program is delivered as a three-way partnership between Pathways Tasmania, Transformations Program Australia and Velocity Church.
- Launch Youth, transitional housing for teenage boys who are experiencing homelessness. We focus on much more than just accommodation, teaching our clients life skills, helping them achieve an education, join the workforce and to enter independent living.
- Tessellate Support Services, a disability support program with a strong focus on neurodiverse young people aged 13 - 30.
