Individualised Community Access Services (ICAS)

Individualised Community Access Services (ICAS) has been supporting and transforming lives for over 25 years, long before the NDIS existed. We have a proven track record in the industry and have a real passion and heart for making a difference in an individual’s life.

ICAS was built on the foundations of George Ratnavale, who started the business in 1997 and actively supported many people with a disability throughout the Brisbane region until his retirement in 2021.

Upon retirement, George handpicked longtime friends and colleagues, Chris and Sarah Smith, to continue his legacy and carry on ICAS’ mission.

With a wealth of knowledge and lived experience, Chris and Sarah have a strong desire to see everyone reach their full potential, and firmly believe that in doing so, they honour Christ their Lord (Matthew 25:40).

ICAS achieves this by providing relevant information, options and assistance to find and build support networks to meet your needs.
