Partners in Ministry support and equip church leaders to effectively lead flourishing and vibrant churches throughout Australia and New Zealand, across multiple denominations.

We recognise that leading a church community comes with many challenges, so we have set out to support church leaders and churches through the provision of:

  • Church assessment, consultancy and strategic planning,

  • Pastoral support (coaching, mentoring or pastoral supervision),

  • Training for the skill development of leaders, and

  • Facilitation of workshops for the implementation of ministry.

We desire to make a significant difference, under God, to Pastors and the Church Communities they lead. Our key customer is the Lord whom we serve and whose churches we wish to see flourish.

Role Purpose Partners in Ministry delivers pastoral coaching, leadership development and consultancy services to church leaders and organisations across Australia and New Zealand. The Operations Coordinator keeps Partners in Ministry's day-to-day operations accurate and consistent – owning CRM data integrity, client services administration, and the systems and documentation that support the wider team. This role also coordinates Partners in Ministry's national programs and events, acting as the central logistics point across states. It's a role for someone who works independently, takes initiative, and understands that getting the detail right is what makes everything else possible.
