CCW is a vibrant church based in Warragul and is part of the Christian Community Churches movement in Victoria and Tasmania (CCCVaT). It has an enthusiastic team of 8 staff members working together to lead a large and growing community.
CCW has grown significantly in the past 40 years with over 500 people connected to the church. Our mission is centred in growing communities of disciples who love Jesus, meaning at our core we value people, their discipleship journey and want everyone who walks through our doors to experience belonging. From our Sunday gatherings to small groups, generations programs, and outreach efforts, everything we do is focused on helping each other to know and trust Jesus in our lives 24/7.
CCW operates a 5 day-per-week café that is open to the community and attracts regular customers.
Warragul is in the heart of the Baw Baw Shire, one hour east of Melbourne. It is one of Victoria's fastest growing municipalities with freeway and V/Line access into Melbourne's CBD and suburbs. This allows easy access to Melbourne, without diminishing the direct impact that comes from working within a welcoming rural community.
