Seeking an experienced, Christ-centred leader to serve as our Gateway Counselling Practice Director. Based at our Mackenzie campus and working across multiple Gateway locations, this senior leadership role within Gateway Beyond is responsible for the strategic direction, governance and growth of Gateway Counselling. Gateway Counselling exists to inspire hope and healing in individuals, couples and families through professional, affordable mental health services. In this role, you will shape the future of the ministry and strengthen its impact across our church and wider community.
