The Role
As the Associate Youth Minister, you will play a key role in discipling our youth across the Clifton Hill and Fairfield congregations. Reporting to the Youth Minister you will help youth integrate meaningfully into church life and build lasting relationships with peers and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Ministry Leadership: Oversee and plan MCA youth activities outside of our Friday night youth group program, including leading quarterly Sunday Funday events for tweens, leading our youth services (eight times per year), and directing the annual youth camp.
