Crossway Brighton is looking for a vibrant and energetic Youth and Young Adults Pastor to join our friendly team at Brighton. We are looking for someone who is community-minded, passionate about Jesus and committed to helping youth and young adults grow in their faith..... The role is 3 days per week spread across Wednesdays, Fridays and Sunday. Responsibilities include: Leading and growing the current Youth team Leading Friday night Crossway Youth program Running a high school lunchtime program Developing Young Adult ministry (start a Life group, social events, discipleship cluster) Attend Crossway Brighton Sunday services Help transition of teenagers into Youth form Crossway Kids Building connections with Crossway Burwood Experience and attributes Experience in Youth ministry is required.
