This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position .  The role oversees the daily operations of the MADCOW Café/Lounge and Homeless Hub, where guests can access meals, showers, clothing, laundry, storage, social connection, and a safe place to rest. The Manager builds trusted relationships with guests, supports volunteers, and ensures the environment is welcoming, consistent, and safe.
