Human Resources
• Coordinate recruitment of CCNSWACT employees.
• Onboarding and offboarding team members.
• Manage HR documentation and employee files.
• Coordinate administration of leave and various HR needs.
• Liaise with Support Formation & Events Coordinator to work together on staff events.
• Liaise with HR advisor to maintain office policies.
Operations
• Oversee the management of the staff intranet content, including roles and responsibilities.
