Riverview Church is seeking a Youth Pastor to join our team.
The Youth Pastor provides pastoral and spiritual leadership to Riverview Youth, discipling young people, leading and developing teams, and creating environments where students can encounter God, grow in faith, and be equipped to live out a life following Jesus.
This role is envisioned as a ‘future-focused’ ministry investment, focused on building a vibrant, sustainable youth ministry that reflects and contributes to Riverview Church’s vision and ethos: being known, formed, and a blessing.
The role entails:
Providing pastoral and spiritual leadership to youth.
Building and leading the youth volunteer team.
Knowing and understanding the teenage-parent landscape and engaging with parents appropriately and effectively.
Developing theologically sound and relevant content delivered in contextually engaging environments.
