Lead youth and young adult ministry teams. Oversee the planning and running of the Friday night youth program...... Swansea Baptist Church, in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW, are seeking a part time youth and young adults worker/pastor (title and remuneration depends on experience) to lead our Church youth and young adults ministry. The role is for 3 days per week, with potentially more work through Caves Beach Gym that our Church runs as part of the Church ministry.
