21 hours per week across three days (must include Tuesday), based in our Petrie Terrace office in Brisbane, with travel for events and volunteer meetings.
Key aspects of the role include:
Leading CMS QNNSW children’s, youth and young adult programs across key events.
Recruiting, training and supporting volunteer leaders to provide safe, Christ-centred and high-quality programs.
Helping young people grow in missional thinking, prayer and action, in line with the CMS QNNSW Strategic Plan.
Working with staff teams to support mobilisation and encourage young people to consider cross-cultural mission.
