The role will be based at The Well in Upper Coomera and be responsible for coordinating the conferences hosted on site, engaging with hirers and supporting the Customer Engagement Manager in planning and running Community Events. Essential Criteria: Events and Conferences: • Manage event and function enquiries via phone, email and in person • Coordinate bookings from initial enquiry through to event delivery • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders • Prepare proposals, contracts, event documentation and booking confirmations • Liaise with clients to finalise event requirements including catering, beverages and venue logistics...
