Crossway Baptist Church is seeking a passionate Additional Needs Coordinator to welcome and support additional needs children and their families in Crossway Kids.
This role is 3 days a week and involves the mobilisation of a volunteer Buddies team, developing tailored Discipling resources and fostering parent connections.
Key Responsibilities- Part Time (3 days per week)
Provide key leadership and oversight to the Additional Needs Ministry at Crossway Kids.
Facilitate an inclusive and engaging environment to support children.
Recruit, equip and resource volunteer leaders.
Develop tailored biblical teaching resources.
Partner with parents to provide support and foster connection.
