Our small, friendly catering team prepare, cook and serve meals to our guests from our in-house commercial kitchen under the direction of our Catering Coordinator / Head Chef...... Due to an increase in our business, we are seeking an addition to our Catering Assistant team, with duties as follows: Assisting Head Chef or Cook as directed Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking Serving main meals from hot and cold serveries General pantry duties including receipt of deliveries General cleaning duties within kitchen and dining room Other duties as reasonably required Key competencies include excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, a valid Working With Children Check and commitment to providing a welcoming and quality hospitality service.
