An exciting opportunity is available at Our Saviour Lutheran Church Aberfoyle Park for a highly organised and efficient individual with strong administrative skills to support and oversee the church’s day-to-day operations. This is a 0.8 leadership role reporting to the Church Board.
The successful applicant will be:
Mission hearted, motivated to free up congregational ministries for mission
A team player who works well with staff and volunteers
Confident with digital platforms and open to learning new tools
Pro-active and solutions-focussed to streamline processes
Flexible and willing to ‘fill the gaps’ when needed
A skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal capability and a positive, adaptable approach to intentional change.
