For more than two decades, the TransFormation Program has equipped and inspired church leaders from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, shaping lives, strengthening churches, and building communities across Australia and beyond. This role is both practical and pastoral. You will help deliver and support the program, walk alongside students in their formation journey, and contribute to a learning environment where study, spiritual growth, worship, and community are deeply integrated.
