Lead youth and young adult ministry teams. Oversee the planning and running of the Friday night youth program...... Swansea Baptist Church, in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW, are seeking a part time youth and young adults worker/pastor (title and remuneration depends on experience) to lead our Church youth and young adults ministry. The role is for 3 days per week, with potentially more work through Caves Beach Gym that our Church runs as part of the Church ministry. Responsibilities include preaching, Bible teaching, pastoral work and ministry leadership. A full-time stipend and allowances package will be provided. Commencement and length of service are negotiable..... The applicant  will be assumed to have a personal love for the Lord, the Bible, and the gospel. He will have a Reformed, biblically conservative theological perspective. An appropriate bible or theological college qualification or previous pastoral experience will also be essential. The church  is an autonomous evangelical church situated in the NSW Hunter Valley regional town of Kurri Kurri, about 1½ hours from Sydney. Its people come from a diverse range of ages, education, employment and backgrounds.
