This role involves the Chaplain being licensed to the Senior Minister of Dapto Anglican. The purpose of the Chaplain is to provide spiritual care and Christian Ministry programming to the village community, firstly to residents, as well as their families and the Village staff. This involves leading worship services, Bible studies, visitation and pastoral support to nurture the faith of Christian residents, while also creating opportunities for non-Christians to explore the Christian message. A healthy and thriving Chaplaincy ministry in the village is achieved through developing individual relationships with each resident and providing care according to their needs and preferences, while building trust and rapport with Village Management and staff....
