This role involves the Chaplain being licensed to the Senior Minister of Dapto Anglican. The purpose of the Chaplain is to provide spiritual care and Christian Ministry programming to the village community, firstly to residents, as well as their families and the Village staff. This involves leading worship services, Bible studies, visitation and pastoral support to nurture the faith of Christian residents, while also creating opportunities for non-Christians to explore the Christian message.
