The Concierge is the welcoming face of CHC, serving as the first point of contact for guests, staff, and students. This role embodies our values and mission in every interaction, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional experience both in person and over the phone. Beyond greeting and assisting visitors, the Concierge maintains a broad understanding of college departments, systems, and processes, supporting daily operations and contributing to the vibrant culture of CHC.
