Join Our Team – Full-Time Primary Teacher (Commencing Term 1, 2027)

Dubbo Christian School (DCS) is a thriving, modern and well‑resourced learning community set in the beautiful surrounds of regional NSW. As a co‑educational, non‑denominational Preschool to Year 12 school with more than 750 students, our mission is “to provide authentic, responsive and high‑quality education that is Bible-based and Christ‑centred to prepare, equip and transform lives.”

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full‑Time Primary Teacher to join our team in Term 1, 2027.

The Successful Applicant will:

• Be an active, passionate Christian who can wholeheartedly affirm and live out the BCE Statement of Faith.
• Demonstrate the ability to cultivate, promote and uphold the Christian ethos of the school through collaborative, team‑oriented leadership in line with our Educational Charter.
• Possess a strong understanding of and commitment to student wellbeing.
• Show passion, skill and professionalism in teaching, including alignment with the DCS Teaching & Learning Plan.
• Work harmoniously and respectfully with colleagues in supervisory, collegial and advisory contexts.
• Hold appropriate tertiary teaching qualifications, NSW teacher accreditation (or be eligible to obtain it), and a current Working With Children Check.
• Have familiarity with the NSW and Australian curriculum (or demonstrate the capacity to quickly develop this knowledge).

Remuneration will be in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools Teaching Staff Multi‑Enterprise Agreement 2024.

Commencement Date:18 January 2027
