BUSINESS MANAGER | Commencement May-June 2026 | Permanent | 1.0FTE

Arden is seeking an experienced and high-capacity Business Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of the School’s business services. Working closely with the Principal and as a key advisor to the School Council, the Business Manager will play a vital role in shaping the School’s strategic direction and operations, while developing the School for the future.

Key Selection Criteria

  • An active Christian faith with current church involvement.
  • Proven strategic capability in delivering and managing financial, business and operational functions that strengthen and support student learning outcomes.
  • Evidence of successfully leading organisational improvement and change in finance, facilities, compliance and administrative operations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire teams across business, property and support areas.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in financial planning, risk management, compliance, WHS and resource management within a school environment.
  • Highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with the School Council, staff, families and the wider community.
