Referral Partner – Commission Based (Independent Contractor)

NDIS Superhero is an independent, participant-focused NDIS plan management provider.

The Role

• Introduce NDIS participants seeking plan management

• Connect Support Coordinators, Service Providers and LACs to our service

• Earn commission for every participant you directly or indirectly refer

Once connected, we manage all plan management services — you focus on referrals.

This Role Is

• Commission-only (no base salary)

• Fully flexible and self-directed

• Independent contractor arrangement

• Uncapped earning potential

Requirements

• Active ABN

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)

• Appropriate insurance

• Ability to operate independently

Note: Not suitable for currently employed Support Coordinators or providers referring their own clients where conflicts of interest exist.
