  • Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + superannuation (pro rata), negotiable based on experience
  • Start Date: Ideally by 1 June 2026 (negotiable)

The Opportunity
Stonebraker Lawyers is a boutique Christian law firm based in Windsor, NSW. We seek a mature Christian to undertake a dual executive role combining operational management of the practice with pastoral care of staff, particularly for female staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workflow and file management
  • Coordinate staff tasks and priorities
  • Oversee invoicing, retainers, and debt follow-up
  • Maintain administrative systems
  • Work closely with the Principal on operations
  • Provide pastoral care and spiritual support
  • Assist with and occasionally lead Morning Prayer/Bible study
  • Strengthen a distinctly Christian workplace culture

Candidate Profile

  • Mature, practising Christian of historic, orthodox conviction
  • Affirms the Nicene and Apostles’ Creeds
  • Supports confessional basis of the law firm being the Anglican Thirty-Nine Articles and Jerusalem Declaration (2008)
  • Active member of a faithful Christian congregation
  • Strong administrative or practice management experience
  • Highly organised, proactive, and discreet
  • University degree preferred (theological training and liberal arts highly regarded)
