One Hope Community Church is a Christian church passionate about moving people in following Christ located in Scoresby, Victoria. We aim to develop and send people to grow disciples, care for people and reach the world with the good news of redemption and restoration in Jesus Christ. One Hope Community Church is a member of the Christian Reformed Churches of Australia.

Key Responsibilities
The role includes coordination and leadership of our weekly youth ministry program and leaders.

Requirements
We are seeking someone who is able to:
- facilitate the growth and expansion of One Hope’s ministries with youth and families.
- see the development and implementation of youth ministry for year 7 to 12 as it integrates with
the Church’s overall vision.
- see that the Youth Ministry Plan is owned and implemented, and support and inspire our youth
towards One Hope’s vision to Grow Disciples, Care for People and Reach the World.

Any offer of employment is subject to the applicant:
- agreeing to abide by, and uphold, the Code of Conduct;
- agreeing to become a ministry partner at One Hope Community Church;
- successfully completing the relevant screening process, along with:

- passing a National Police Criminal Record Check; and

- holding a current WWCC.
