About You
You’re a strategic and results-driven marketing professional with strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative, customer-first mindset. You bring deep experience in customer marketing, with a solid understanding of CRM platforms like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

Skilled in developing go-to-market strategies and integrated multi-channel customer marketing campaigns, you excel at turning insights into action. Your strengths lie in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and managing complex projects with clear communication and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic positioning, messaging lifecycle marketing programs, including segmentation, channel mix, CRM optimisation, and automated journeys.
  • Manage annual and rolling quarterly planning cycles, ensuring initiatives are integrated, prioritised for impact and continuously optimised.
  • Leadership of Compassion Australia’s customer contact strategy, ensuring optimal contact and channel mix
  • Plan and deliver data-driven, multi-channel campaigns across the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, brand guidelines, and customer experience standards.
  • Define KPIs and lead reporting, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise campaign performance and maximise supporter engagement and ROI.
  • Oversee budgets and resource planning for the Lifecycle portfolio, ensuring commercial viability and strong vendor/agency performance.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Lifecycle marketing, championing best practices, innovation, and supporter-centric strategies across the organisation.
  • Drive effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing initiatives and cohesive supporter experiences across channels.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years in marketing, with demonstrated success in leading complex and multi-channel marketing programs
  • Proven ability in marketing planning, forecasting, budget management and delivering measurable ROI results
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors and external parties
