Seeking a full time Marketing and Communications Officer in Term 2 2026.......
Dubbo Christian School is a modern, growing and strongly resourced school in a beautiful setting in regional NSW. It is a co-educational, non-denominational Preschool to Year 12 school with over 700 enrolments and a mission “to provide authentic, responsive and high quality education that is Bible based and Christ-centred to prepare, equip and transform lives”.
The successful applicants will have:
- Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong capability in social media management and content creation
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and Content Management System platforms
- Strong photography and basic videography skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
- Understanding of school environments and sensitivity to working with children and families
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media, design, or related discipline (preferred)
- Experience working in an education or not-for-profit environment.

Renumeration for this position will be in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2024.
The commencement of this role will be Monday 20 April 2026 or earlier by negotiation.
