About the Role:
Koorong is seeking a skilled NetSuite Integration Developer to join our team. We are open to permanent or contractor job seekers. This role will be pivotal in managing and integrating our NetSuite ERP and Celigo Integration Platform, ensuring seamless data flows and driving automation and process efficiencies across key business functions.
With the exciting upcoming launch of Shopify, you will help us in troubleshooting complex integration issues, provide project customisation, and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help design, configure, and maintain Celigo integration flows between NetSuite and other systems;
- Develop and maintain integrations;
- Monitor integration health, resolve errors, and implement fixes;
- Optimise Celigo processes using scripting and transformation tools;
- Configure, troubleshoot, customise, and maintain NetSuite modules;
- Assist with integration projects involving JavaScript;
- Develop within Java and code in JavasScript;
- Maintain and enhance scripts in NetSuite and Celigo;
- Design and implement Celigo integration flows for Shopify and other platforms; and
- Document configurations, integrations, and SOPs.
About You:
- Strong experience with Integration Platforms.
- Proficiency in JavaScript Development and SuiteScript.
- Full stack Developer experience.
- NetSuite ERP administration and customisation experience is ideal.
- Hands-on experience with Celigo Integration Platform is ideal but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to document processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on optimisation and automation.

Koorong was a family owned company that began over 30 years ago at the Bootes family residence in Koorong Street, Marsfield, near Macquarie University in Sydney. As well as a street name, Koorong is also an Indigenous term for "watering hole" or "oasis", which sums up well what we do. We opened our Sydney store in Ryedale Road, West Ryde, in 1978 and moved to our Sydney Superstore in West Parade, West Ryde, in 1995.
Koorong now operates 15 stores across Australia. Our Blackburn (Melbourne) store opened in 1979, our Brisbane store in 1986, Perth in 1990, our chain of country NSW stores (Armidale and Port Macquarie) opened in 1993, Adelaide in 1998, Toowoomba in 2000, Penrith in 2002, and Hobart and Canberra in 2003. In 2004 we moved two of our existing stores (Hobart and Perth) to bigger and better premises in order to better service our customers in those areas. In 2005, we welcomed on board the Launceston and Mooloolaba stores, in addition to three more regional NSW stores in Gosford, Tamworth and Newcastle, and in 2008 we opened our Springwood store. We also have a thriving Web Store.
