Structured Training

Our tailored training schedule ensures you’re always learning and developing:

  • Fortnightly general training on core skills and industry practices
  • Monthly intensive workshops to deep-dive into technical and soft skills
  • Bi-monthly tax training for focused expertise in one of our key service areas

You’ll also be encouraged to contribute to our learning culture by researching and presenting on special interest topics — a great way to build confidence and share your passions.

Early Client Experience

Graduates are given the opportunity to serve clients at an early stage and will be assigned a division and team to work with. Initial assignments may include tasks such as auditing, tax return preparation and client accounting. Supervised client contact will commence almost immediately, giving you the opportunity to improve and expand your interpersonal skills.

Work-life Balance & Career Progression

Our graduates work regular office hours (Monday to Friday), with plenty of opportunities to get involved in projects and activities that support your journey to becoming a Chartered Accountant. We’re here to support your career every step of the way.

What you need to be successful

  • In the final year (or completed) of a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Accounting.
