About the Role

Ti Tree Farm Garden and Ti Tree Food Barn are looking for a reliable, practical and flexible All-Rounder to join our team in Central Australia.

This is a hands-on, varied role combining hospitality, retail, farm maintenance and logistics work. Ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, working across different environments, and regional living.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will vary day-to-day and may include:

Farm, Maintenance & Grounds

• Irrigation installation, repairs and monitoring
• General farm and grounds maintenance
• Fencing and shed construction
• Basic plumbing and building repairs
• Equipment and Machinery operation and maintenance
• Logistics & Transport
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Handling and movement of stock and materials
• Safe operation of vehicles and equipment

Café, Retail & Hospitality

• Café service and food handling
• Customer service and retail sales
• Stock handling and presentation
• General cleaning and upkeep
• Adhering to workplace safety procedures

About You

You will ideally have:

• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence – essential
• Experience in hospitality, retail, farming, construction or maintenance
• Practical skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a small team
• A flexible, can-do attitude
• Strong safety awareness
• Trade qualifications are not required, but hands-on experience is highly valued.
