Belmont Christian College is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and Christ-centered Facilities Manager. This hands-on management role is responsible for campus maintenance, physical infrastructure (property), WHS compliance, capital projects, asset management, contractor coordination, and the smooth functioning of buildings, grounds, equipment, and buses in collaboration with the assigned property team—ensuring a safe, well-presented, and future-ready environment for our P–12 community.
The successful applicant will:
• Be a committed Christian, actively involved in a local church, and supportive of the College’s Statement of Faith.
• Bring proven experience and knowledge in facilities management, repairs and maintenance, contractor coordination, in compliance to safety standards—preferably in an educational institution.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of WHS, fire safety, building codes, and risk assessments.
• Show capability in planning and delivering capital projects, refurbishments, and upgrades.
• Preferably hold (or be willing to obtain) an MR licence for occasional bus movements.
• Hold a current first aid and CPR certificate, (or be willing to obtain one) and hold a current WWCC and demonstrate commitment to student and staff safety.
The Facilities Manager plays a key operational role within the Business Operations team and reports to the Business Manager.
