An exciting new opportunity exists for a person with a missional heart, passionate about building intentional relationships and connections between our school and our congregation, as well as a heart for seeing Youth grow in their faith, relationships and experiences.
Imagine a future where church and school operate as one community of care, where staff feel supported, families feel welcomed and young people feel known; where church becomes visible to our school, because it is present and cares for families who may not yet know Jesus; where there are regular touchpoints, shared activities, chaplaincy-style support, and open doors for gospel conversations; where school is not just next door, but part of our mission field and part of the heartbeat of our community.
Imagine overseeing a ministry that empowers young people to use their gifts to serve, that is intentional about walking alongside them in faith formation, through youth gatherings, mentoring relationships and intergenerational experiences.
That is the role of the Campus Missional Engagement Leader, leading a team from the ground up with that vision in mind. It's envisaged to be a 0.4 position. We are seeking a person who brings team, communication and relationship skills to bear. Experience working in a Christian school environment or in Youth ministry would be highly valued.

We are a community seeking to know Jesus and to make Him known, sharing the light and hope of the world in our community.
From the early days, our School and Church connection has been integral to our vision and mission. Together both the Church and School continue to provide a place and opportunity that cultivates connection for growing families, vibrant youth programs, and intergenerational activity, so important for community stability.
