Ringwood Community Church – Ringwood, VIC
Approx. 8 hours per week
Ringwood Community Church is seeking a part-time Worship Leader to help lead our congregation in Christ-centred, authentic worship.
We are a church that desires to feel like home and live on mission — where every story matters, everyone grows, and no one is left unreached. Our worship ministry plays a key role in helping people connect with God and grow as disciples.
The Role

Plan and lead worship for assigned Sundays

Finalise song lists mid-week and communicate clearly

Facilitate simple, calm rehearsals

Build a healthy and encouraging team culture

Work closely with the Pastor
This role is approximately 8 hours per week and reports directly to the Pastor.
About You

A committed Christian aligned with our vision and values

Musically competent for congregational worship (guitar/keys preferred)

Organised, reliable, and a clear communicator

Willing to obtain a Working With Children Check

Ringwood Community Church is a vibrant and welcoming congregation located at 1 Tamar St, Ringwood, Victoria, 3134. We also host mid-week services at Warrandyte Gardens, led by Pastor Kay and our dedicated volunteers.
